360 Diagnostic Overview

What is the FranklinCovey 360 Diagnostic?

The 360 Diagnostic is a holistic leadership diagnostic. This diagnostic includes the skills covered in the Course as well as additional skills covered by other FranklinCovey content. It incorporates:

  1. Completing a self-diagnostic
  2. Requesting and receiving peer feedback
  3. Completing a self-directed review or a 1:1 360 coaching session
  4. Completing a Post-Learning 360 Diagnostic in order to evaluate behavior change

What is the goal of FranklinCovey's 360 evaluation?

FranklinCovey wants to help learners understand their current strengths and weaknesses as they begin their process of self-improvement.

FranklinCovey's 360 Diagnostic helps learners understand how they show up professionally (how others perceive them) and their professional strengths and weaknesses.

 

Is FranklinCovey's 360 for managers only, or can individual contributors also participate?

FranklinCovey offers a separate 360 Diagnostic for both managers and individual contributors. When you join a program, you will be opted into the relevant 360. If you think you have been opted into the wrong 360, please email learning@app.franklincovey.com, and we can change your 360 type.

 

How long will it take me to complete the 360?

The self-diagnostic takes less than 15 minutes to complete – typically 7-10 minutes.

 

How many questions are on the 360 diagnostic? 

  • FY ‘24 Leader Diagnostic: 38 skills and 47 quantitative questions and 5 qualitative questions including a Johari window exercise.
  • FY ‘24 Individual Contributor Diagnostic: 26 skills and 35 questions and 3 qualitative questions including a Johari window exercise.
  • Speed of Trust Leader Assessment: 20 items, 15 specific to The Speed of Trust, and 5 pulled from the Leader Diagnostic
