If you are a participant eligible for a 1:1 360 coaching session, you will be able to schedule your 360 coaching session once you have received at least three feedback responses and once ten days have passed since you initially requested feedback.
How can I reschedule my 360 coaching session?
If you are a participant eligible for a 1:1 360 coaching session, you can reschedule your 360 coaching session by locating the Calendly event confirmation email and using the reschedule button rather than the cancel button. You can also reschedule by finding the event on your calendar and clicking the reschedule link in the event description.
You can view your results after receiving three responses and ten days after you asked for initial feedback. If twenty days have passed and you have only received two responses, you will also be able to review your results.
If you are eligible to have a 1:1 360 coaching session, you will receive an email asking you to sign up for the session. Once you sign up, your results will be made available 72 hours before your 360 coaching session so that you can review the results independently.
If you are not eligible for 1:1 coaching, you will receive an email with a link to your 360 results and the option to complete a self-guided review.
Prior to December 2023, you could only filter by "relationship" (peer, manager, cross-functional partner) if you had received 3+ responses in that category. Rolling out in December 2023 and onwards, learners will be able to filter by "manager" even if they only have one response from a respondent with the "manager" relationship selected. You will still need 3+ responses in the other categories in order to filter by those. This change was made directly in response to learner feedback requesting this feature.
Once 360 results are opened, you won't be able to request additional feedback. We do this to preserve the anonymity of respondents since it would be possible to determine a new respondent's feedback by comparing old results with updated results. If you have not viewed your results yet, then you can request additional feedback here: https://app.franklincovey.com/feedback/request_feedback_invites/.
As a reminder, 360 results will be unlocked once you meet the following criteria:
- Self-diagnostic is submitted
- At least three peer responses have been received
- Ten days have passed since the first feedback requests have been sent
Yes, respondents can still submit feedback after your results have unlocked. If you already viewed your results prior to them submitting feedback, you will receive an email letting you know that you've received additional feedback and that you can review your results again.
You will receive your perception windows and skill map after you and your respondents complete the exercise.
The professional personality positive and negative windows compare how you perceive your professional persona versus how others perceive you. Comments shared by respondents provide context into others' perceptions.
The skill map compares your self-perception versus respondents' perceptions of specific professional skills in categories like universal skills, cross-team leadership, direct management, and cross-functional collaboration.
If you are a participant eligible for a 1:1 360 coaching session, only you and your executive coach can view the results. None of the respondents will be able to view the feedback.
If you are completing a self-directed reveal instead, you are the only person who can access your results.
If I want to share my results with my manager, how should I prepare?
Here are guides for learners and managers for reviewing a learner's 360 results:
No – your feedback will be anonymized, aggregated, and any written feedback will be shown in random order. We do this so that respondents feel more comfortable giving honest feedback.
If you've completed a 360 Diagnostic previously and you are working on another 360 Diagnostic, then you can use the toggle in the upper right corner to view your previous 360 results.
